My journey to Koh Lipe 7

We have covered two locations of the Sunrise Beach. We are now heading to the Sunset Beach.

The Sunset Beach Archway

This is just outside the pavement

There is a short 5 minutes walk to the beach, inaccessible by the taxi. It was pleasant and the walkways have pink hibiscus planted as canopy.

The Sunset Beach

Obviously it was not sunset yet! But the beach was not as interesting as the other two. Perhaps it is the most gorgeous during sunset.

From another perspective

There were some chalets along the beach, not direct by quite near.

We headed to the last location which is the Phuritra Resort.

There were interesting shape chalets along the pathway going to the beach.

No garden gnomes!

And the kacang telang plant creeping here and there.

You can swing along looking at the sunset.

Buai laju laju

You can bet that I'm not going down that stairs.

If you stay at this type of chalet, perched on the hill, you can enjoy the sunset.

I like the paintings on the door of the reception.

Then we headed back to Pattaya Beach.

Getting ready on the ride home

Along the way, we passed by a
mosque, Alhamdulillah.

Masjid Al-Marhamah

Then he drove us through Walking Street. It was crowded.

After he dropped me off, I walked to Pattaya Beach.

I headed to the Bung Roon Restaurant to buy ice lemonade.

And had a pleasant stroll along the beach back to my hostel.

Pattaya Beach, before sunset

After freshened up, my friend and I had dinner at Bung Roon.

Stir-fried mix vegetables
Prawns with Petai (bitter bean or stink bean)

Then she wanted to buy the pancake. Actually it roti canai with fillings of your choice. We met a Malaysian guy named Yus who was here for diving and snorkeling.

The sky was quite clear. Before the full moon risen up, there were clear constellations of Orion, Gemini, Taurus and Canis Major.

After doing some reading and writing for my 2016 new children's book line up, I called it a night.
